Our work
A person's health cannot be understood through a single report, measurement, or moment in time. It is shaped by medical history, biology, behaviour, environment, and change over time.
We build technology that brings these dimensions together, creating a more connected and useful understanding of the individual.
Applications that help people make sense of their health information, recognise meaningful changes, and understand what deserves their attention.
Clarity for the individualSystems that help care teams assemble relevant information, identify gaps, and review a patient's history with greater context.
Context for care teamsTechnology that follows how an individual's health changes over time, instead of treating each report, appointment, or measurement as an isolated event.
Continuity over timeThe information layer
Different forms of health data become more useful when they are understood together.
Our work focuses on integrating information that is usually scattered across documents, devices, and systems.
Laboratory results, diagnostic reports, imaging summaries, medical history, and other clinical records.
Activity, sleep, heart rate, recovery, and measurements generated by connected devices.
Genomic data and other molecular information, including proteins, metabolites, and related biomarkers.
Family history, lifestyle, environment, goals, and changes observed over time.
Bringing these sources together creates the foundation for applications that are more personal, contextual, and useful than systems built around a single dataset.
Designed for continuity
A connected view can recognise change over time, preserve context, and make important information easier to use.How we build
Artificial intelligence is part of the foundation of our applications. We use it to understand complex documents, structure fragmented information, recognise relationships, and communicate findings more clearly.
Healthcare also demands discipline. Important outputs should be traceable, uncertainty should be visible, and qualified professionals should remain in control of clinical decisions.
Individual data points become meaningful only when considered alongside history, trends, and relevant personal context.
Important insights should connect back to the records, measurements, and evidence that informed them.
Our technology is intended to support people and healthcare professionals. It is not intended to replace clinical judgement.
Consent, data minimisation, controlled access, and responsible handling are foundational design requirements.
Where we begin
We are beginning in India, one of the world's largest and most diverse healthcare markets, yet one that remains underserved by many forms of personalised health technology.
Indian populations are also underrepresented in numerous genomic, clinical, and biomedical datasets. Systems developed primarily around other populations may not fully reflect India's biological diversity, healthcare journeys, or everyday realities.
Beginning in India allows us to build with local context from the outset while developing technology with wider global relevance.
Our perspective
Health information is becoming richer, but more information does not automatically lead to better understanding.
We believe the next generation of healthcare applications will connect clinical records with everyday measurements and deeper biological information. They will recognise change over time, adapt to the individual, and explain how their conclusions were reached.
Our role is to build the intelligence that makes this possible. The founders
Babu and Manoj have known each other for more than 15 years and had long wanted to build a company together. Oneiros Ventures brings their experience in large-scale technology, healthcare, analytics, and product development to a shared ambition: creating more thoughtful healthcare technology.
years of trust before starting the company

Babu has more than twenty years of experience architecting enterprise platforms and large-scale software systems. He leads technology, architecture, and engineering at Oneiros Ventures.

Manoj has twenty years of experience across analytics, operations, and healthcare. He leads product direction, customer discovery, strategy, and partnerships.
